THANK YOU UPS FOR RUINING MY DAUGHTER'S CHRISTMAS, I SENT A PACKAGE TIMELY THRU A STORE AND HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBERS, UPS STATES THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE BECAUSE TRACING NUMBER WAS ISSUED BY THE STORE. UPS CLAIMS THAT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE UNTIL THEY PICK UP THE PACKAGE AND THE STORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE BECAUSE THE STORE CLAIMS THE TRUCK PICKED UP THE MERCHANDISE.

FROM NOW ON FEDEX OR ANY SERVICE OTHER THAN UPS, BE WORRID THAT UPS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS ACTIONS, MISTAKES AND TREAT CUSTUMER POORLY I HAVE BEEEN HOURS ON THE PHONE FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER

DO NOT USE THE STORE IN HALLANDALE BEACH the employees are rude and unhelpful

Monetary Loss: $1000.

The problem here may be that UPS stores are not actually owned by UPS.They are franchises and that is probably where the disconnect came from.

I'd suggest Either call UPS to pick up or drop off at a hub (customer counter) or drop box.Ive never had a problem with UPS.
