I used the UPS store in Fallon, Nevada to package and ship valuable collectibles to 4 different customers. EVERY package arrived damaged.
I called the store and was told to call the toll free number to submit a claim. I paid a lot of money to have the store package my items and a lot of money to have them shipped. I was reimbursed for the value of the items, but not the expense of packaging them. The store is still open with the same people still working there.
DON'T USE THIS UPS STORE.
Recently I received a call from UPS wanting to know why I hadn't paid their shipping bills. One I received and paid MONTHS ago and the other bill I have never received. It sounds like their billing department isn't any better than the Fallon store's packaging department.
I won't be using UPS anymore.
