package was not delivered and I was not notified. It was an auto part addressed to me c/o auto shop it was being delivered to.

I was told it was not delivered presumably because addressee could not be located even though I have used this same technique/business address multiple times. Never received a card or phone call as of 7 days after delivery attempt. I could have resolved issue immediately but they never called phone # listed on order. What is the point of giving a phone #?

And address was valid and staffed.

Very unsatisfied.

I then called customer service and the local stores but was offered essentially no assistance other than to be assured it would be delivered again the next day. There was no explanation of why I was not notified other than to say they don't call the phone number supplied with the delivery order.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: call me.
