I have spent two days off work trapped in my house awaiting UPS deliveries which require a signature. Yesterday morning, I had to cancel appointments because of delivery announced at 6:30 p.m.
the night before. A call to UPS was not at all helpful. They could not be more precise than a four-hour delivery window. The order actually came an hour after the stated time window.
I have been waiting four hours today, and it is 20 minutes past the time window they specified.
I have basically lost more than a full day or work because of their system. This is a truly awful company.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of delivery schedule. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
