I have spent two days off work trapped in my house awaiting UPS deliveries which require a signature. Yesterday morning, I had to cancel appointments because of delivery announced at 6:30 p.m.
the night before. A call to UPS was not at all helpful. They could not be more precise than a four-hour delivery window. The order actually came an hour after the stated time window.
I have been waiting four hours today, and it is 20 minutes past the time window they specified.
I have basically lost more than a full day or work because of their system. This is a truly awful company.
