I was at home with my friends & family and no one pressed the door bell or buzzer.When we went downstairs later to check our letter box.We saw a card saying it is their 2nd attempt to deliver my parcel & that is a lie.The courier driver lied & i called UPS the next morning to re deliver my parcel.They said its the 3rd attempt & they have sent it back.That is very disgusting,it is a very unreliable service for a company like that.I explained everything to the customer service advisor and he told me to make this complain.I do not know why UPS will employ a driver that will act this way.
