Don't choose UPS as your method of delivery. My package arrived at my door on Friday and they told me I needed to pay an extra fee of 10 dollars.

I was not noted ahead of time by email or through their website. They do not accept cash. I asked for debit and the answer was still no. Being desperate for my package and asking her what kind of payment was accepted, she told me that they only accepted Credit or Cheque.

Being a teenager of the year 2013, I obviously don't have cheques, and being a teenager I had no credit card. I was so sad because no one else was home to help me with the payment and my only option was to tell the lady take the package back and return on Monday which makes it 3 extra business days that I have to wait.

Funny part of this story is that UPS doesn't accept Cash or Debit, but the pizza man around the corner does.... no one pays by cheque anymore and not everyone has a credit card.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $415.
