I recently moved back to an apartment complex 5 months and I order quite a bit online. I have to make at least 3 call backs, due terrible customer service.
Today I called and was told my package is at my local post office. I was under the assumption I had to go pick it up, because the CSR didn't say much. I asked to speak to a supervisor 4/5 times, and this guy kept telling me, "She's going to tell you the same thing I told you". The supervisor finally got on the phone and said the same thing. Every time I tried to ask if I had to go to the post office and pick it up myself, she kept cutting me off, and of course I was annoyed, I raised my voice..and she hung up on me!
I called back (3rd time) and a very nice, professional gentleman, answered and provided all the details, without me having to ask any questions. That's the way All CSR's and Supervisors should behave....after all, they are representing UPS.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
