Its my First time on UPS, and my experience is VERY DISAPPOINTING. The way they act from help service and response to the complaint is so UNPROFESSIONAL.

Not even ONE is helpful. I’m expecting my package to arrive at the 1-19-18, and it says on my email that it i will be delivered at the end of the day. So I’m expecting it will be delivered around 4-5 pm tha day of Delivery. With out NOTICE or Call that i have to Pay $23.00 which I don’t mind paying “IF I WAS BEEN INFORMED” before the day of Delivery.

And if i know that they will DELIVER earlier i WOULD left a note and a Check on my door. Am waiting for that package because its My WIFE And kids GIFT for my Birthday. And when i was looking for “HELP”. It turn out to be Very Disappointing.

From that start its already USELESS.

Same responce from VIRTUAL TO CALL US. Not a help at all very UNPROFESSIONAL for such COMPANY.
