A package was scheduled for delivery on a Friday on the last day of my vacation.After waiting all day for the package, I checked the site to discover that it had been marked as "The receiver was not available at the time of the first delivery attempt." This was during the Christmas break which meant we had 3 separate people in the house and in visual range of the front door.

No UPS delivery attempt was made but they still marked it as such.This also means that the delivery will be delayed until the following Tuesday after I am back at work.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to offer any options to resolve the issue. The author is overall dissatisfied with Ups. The most disappointing about ups delivery service from Ups was delivery and poor customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
