They took over 17 hours to pick up, then the package traveled a total of 300 miles in 3 days due to being routed it in circles within the state of Washington, then finally made its way to Ft. Worth,Texas where it has sat for 5 Days and is supposed to arrive here in Houston by tomorrow (11 days later).

They take long holidays and weekends off and do not staff crews in order to keep packages moving.

Biggest and poorest rated shipping. "We will hurry and get that package to you when we are done taking our time off." Customer service is automated chat, voice service, email, or someone in foreign country that knows nothing and blames the proprietor.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Too bad you do not feel we should be able to observe Christmas with our Families, and you are saying we do not deserve weekends off?

How many folks do you know whose job is a commitment to work weeks and months with no time off?
