Then 10 days later they'll come back to charge you another surcharge, only they'll go directly to post it to your account without alerting you.
Customer service will field inquiries, but they'll respond with impressive ignorance in forming comprehensive responses. UPS may desire to conduct business with commercial customers, but if that is the case they shouldn't proclaim an ability to conduct business with individuals.
