UPS indicated completed delivery Apr 7,2018 but I did not receive item. It could not get lost because I live in the 4th floor of a very secured apt.

So, they are lying. They told me to contact the seller but the seller said it was posted as delivered therefore he has nothing to say except that it is entirely UPS' fault. Go figure. Can't add video becaUSE i DON'T HAVE THE ITEM.

The problem should be between EBay, the seller and UPS.

Me, the buyer , should not be the one tracing my lost item.

Caveat Emptor, buyers on EBay, beware. You are on your own if your purchases get lost.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $10.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

UPS Cons: Way you made me jump through all the hoops and whistles, Driver lies about delivery attempts, Generic emails and telephone repsonses.
