I, as a small business owner, rely on fast shipping to meet my customer's needs. UPS, let the package sit in Hong Kong for four days, which is completely unacceptable, and then was an entire EIGHT DAYS LATE, when it was only supposed to take 5 business days.

When the shipment arrived, they only accept credit card payments, they didn't even warn me about that, and because they couldn't wait the extra five minutes for my receptionist to call me to authorize the payment electronically, and now it will be OVER ELEVEN DAYS LATE.

I lost over $1000 in business because of this, and I could lose a major corporate account. I am never, ever going to use UPS to import again, I would call their customer service but I don't even imagine how bad it would be considering how terrible their service is.
