Had a delivery from China.
Have pictures leaving the plant in china and arriving in Houston Tx.
The Items were packaged in a wooden crate with steel corner plates for additional strength.
It looks like the crate was not tied down and rolled during a sudden stop. One of the support blocks was ripped off the crate and was discarded. The crate was split at a seem and some of the small componants dropped out of the crate.
These smaller componants were shipped in a plastic container inside the crate.
The impact was enough to break open the plastic container and shift to the bottom of the crate.
The problem is my customer cannot use the main tool that was shipped because the smaller componets are missing.
It has been over a month and had nothing resolved.
The customer service was pathetic.
I had asked for a senior manager .
After contacting them I sent all the pictures and coresponence with the previous employee.Have not had a response.I would suggest using another company. It is very clear how much they care. Just have a look at all the complaints.By the way. My customer is still unable to use the tool he paid for. It is now going to cost my company approx 1500 to replace the lost parts.
