Paid for overnight shipping on an item I needed and had it shipped to my apartment's leasing office which typically receives packages every day.I got a notification that UPS could not find the adress and now I will not be able to receive my package for at least 4 days assuming they actually deliver it this time.
Their pickup office is not open on sayurdays so I cannot retreive the package myself before I leave on a business trip. I was not offered any compensation when I spoke to cutomer service. This is unacceptable; if you job is to get things from one place to another you are expected to know where things are.
I have had packages delivered to this address many times, including from UPS!I received confirmation of a different delivery from FedEx just today.
