My shipment was received at the nearest UPS store on Monday. It was supposed to be delivered the very same day.

The date was then changed for Wednesday due to 'severe weather conditions', although it was sunny out. On Wednesday, I waited impatiently to receive my package. At 10pm I received an email notifying me that I would receive my package Thursday. I then called them twice to be sure I would receive my package.

They assured me that it was in the truck for delivery so I would be receiving it, no doubt. I was a bit skeptic as this had happened Wednesday but decided to wait and see. What do you know, 10pm I receive an email saying that my package was delayed due to 'severe weather conditions'. Not only that, but their offices are closed in Canada so I cannot get into contact with anyone.

Worst delivery experience I have ever had.

I don't even have an expected delivery date. I just feel like screaming!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Delivery, Customer service, Customer service agents.
