Trusting UPS, I shipped time sensitive material on a second day UPS delivery. Their tracking data now says it has been on a truck for 3 days not 5 miles from the delivery point.
Repeated calls to UPS customer service have been "pass the buck" scenarios each time. Talk to one person, Oh, I'll have to connect you to a specialist in that area", another 5 - 10 minute wait on the phone then, "Oh, that's not my area.
I'll connect you to a specialist..." i spoke with no fewer than 3 "supervisors" and got the same run around each time.
