I was expecting a package today. It's been on truck for delivery in brooklyn since 7am.

It is 11:30pm and representatives keep telling me to keep waiting. This is unacceptable and most of all, a really inapprpriate time to supposedly deliver a package. Come on, this is just not right! Representatives on the phone sound like robots just giving you a memorized speech but not helping at all.

It is really hard to believe a package will be delivered at midnight. UPS should make it easier for customers to track packages since online statuses are not real.Thank you very much, not using UPS EVER AGAIN.

Monetary Loss: $300.
