By far the most frustrating group of employees I have ever dealt with...Ordered two recliner chairs from Costco with promised home delivery.
There're just as bad. Scheduled for sept 9 waited all day. At 7 pm I call and told " oh he's coming sometimes they deliver until 11pm....imagine...anything to shut me up. Three days after that I was promised that it was going to be delivered.
Then told they lost the two huge recliners?????
Then at the end of the fourth day I was told I was three km outside of their delivery area..really!!!Had to pay my neighbour to take his truck and help me pick them up...Costco has been told that no more business from me while UPS is the primary delivery service for residential ....
Worst and I mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced...
