Once again, an online merchant forced me to use Useless Parcel Service. Once again the package was not delivered on time.
Each day I track it I'm told that it will be delivered today for sure, but of course that never happens. When I call at the end of the day, I'm told that it will be delivered tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes.
I suggested to the CSR that he put the package on a fedex truck. He went silent.
It's nearly 2 weeks now and I plan to take the matter to small claims court.
