Checked online tracking info after not receiving package - or notification of delivery attempt. Online stated 1 attempt made.
(No notice left). Called customer service, horrible garbled conversation with Asian rep. Told that "we have to conduct an investigation", item was "at local office", "lost in transit", "cannot give out supervisor name", "must file a claim" etc. Conflicting information.
Office on my end open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, no reason that package could not be delivered.....no notification of 1st attempt, no second or third attempt, e-mails bounce back "rejected".
Poor customer phone service. Cannot contact UPS online.
If package is at local office, it should be held for me to pick it up there. NOT HAPPY!
