ups's $h013 drivers (all of them) came and showed impatience and misbehaved with my parents while they were getting the credit card to pay the sh!tty service.

Deliver is always late and rushed and snatches things from hands without explaining what charges are for.

There is no invoice or letter left behind to contact anyone. All of the customer service is in Philippines who do not know how to pronounce words in English and the call keeps dropping. Their so called "Automated service" sucks big time.

When to try to talk to the supervisor of the driver here are the layers you go though and nothing happens, you call customer service, they talk to supervisor, supervisor then calls an agent in city, agent then calls the supervisor of the driver (who never gets back to you) so forget about reaching out to put a complain and just not use the service. There is no global thing, they hire a third party to carry things around it is a total rip off. I will recommend to use a private delivery company who may charge $10 more but you don't have to go through these ill-mannered drivers and staff.

Preferred solution: Use Fedex or Canada Post or US Mail..

I didn't like: Customer service in philippines, Chain of command, Customers services agents, Multiple layers of people to go through, Behavior and attitude of almost all staff.
