Ups - They get it wrong every time
Every time I ship to a particular address, they get it wrong, eventhough I include the Apartment complex name, building number, and apartment number.They will hold the package for upwards of three days, and make no contact with me or the reciever.
Has anyone else noticed when you call to complain and ask the name of the person you are speaking with, their first or last name is always Kristy or Kristin? Take note of this. Even the person who is supposedly "Head of Customer Service" at a totally different number is Kristin. Oh and before her, it was Darren Kristin.
The person i spoke to at the 1800-tracking bs # was kristin, followed by her boss....Scott Kristin.
