Have had an ongoing issue with UPS of late, have always ordered and never cared about who delivered but since November last year (2012) UPS has either not delivered my packages, stolen them, lied about when they delivered or simply ignored them. He would deliver "after 5PM" when I am at work and when the rental office is closed but the security camera reports that it was 4:35 PM when he arrived; plenty of time to take it to the office.

Just lazy. Or he would mark that a signature is required when I know for sure that it is not after talking to the company I purchased from. Also after setting the package at my door, not knocking or leaving a note, he would come back in a few seconds and take the package, reporting that it was delivered.

On security camera taking the package. UPS when asked to comment would say nothing and simply state that it might have been left at the back door, there is no back door.

Monetary Loss: $350.
