Package returned to manufacture because they did not inform me that the package was waiting in some "holding area" that they cannot specify. The customer care rep said we have nothing to do with it because we returned the package???

really UPS is being paid to deliver packages and it does not take long to see that they have the worst reviews on the internet and all the companies are looking for alternative shippers. UPS has the worst customer care they seem to think that they did their very best when I was never informed that they were even delivering a package.

They of course are not at fault. I have gotten better customer care from USPS than them.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Standard Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: In ability to communicate effectively, Paid to deliver and do not.
