I ordered two phones from T-Mobile with overnight delivery which cost me about $650 dollars all together.I stayed home all day to get the package and I waited for them to come.

By 9 pm I was really mad so I tracked the package and it said that they made 2 delivery attempts at 2:30 and 5:30.... I was home all day there is no way I would have missed it twice. Then it said it was being returned to the sender and that it was already in Texas. So I called UPS and the lady I talked to was beyond rude to me.

She said that I need to call T-Mobile because she "can't handle this"......

WTF SERIOUSLY?!I HATE UPS SO MUCH AND I HOPE THE OLD HAG GETS FIRED!!

Monetary Loss: $650.
