I had ordered a package for a Christmas gift and it was guaranteed for delivery 3 days before Christmas.UPS missorted the package on the day that it was supposed to arrive and when I realized, I called and they said the gift would get it to me by COB on XMAS Eve.

The package never arrived and I did't get it until a week later.

Every representative I spoke to was useless and all of the information they gave me was inaccurate.I am not one to write complaints, but I have never experienced such poor customer service and incompetence.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of ups delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1000. Ups needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
