The driver never show-up at my place (I was on the front yard all day waiting for my package) but the company record state that he did try to deliver, package incorrectly sorted and sent to a joy-ride in the country after I ask them to hold it a their center for pick-up, and once they found the package after a day, they still try to deliver when I specifically asked them to hold it a their center for pick-up! In total, a week of delay, and had to call them 5 time, on top of all the email exchanges.
These guys are so incompetent that they are BY FAR THE WORST CARRIER I KNOW!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $39.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I liked: Respectful but useless customer service staff.
I didn't like: Totally incompetent sort operator, Delivery service, Dishonest an untrustworthy driver.
