My package was ruined in the actual UPS train wreck that occured, and I can't get them to even acknowledge the claim that has been files TWO TIMES ! !

I had a custom made chalkboard made for a surprise 40th anniversary, which was delayed for days after the celebration even after scheduled and arranged to be picked up at a local distribution center. It was never sent there but was sent to two DIFFERENT dist. centers . . and then was ruined when I picked it up days later after the surprise event.

Now they won't even acknowledge the claim with has been filed twice.

Their incompetence is only surpassed by their horrible service.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Their claims or their service.
