Amazon contacted UPS with the whereabouts of my package. The customer service person lied to Amazon and stated that my package is guaranteed to be delivered the next day.
The next day came, my package never arrived.
I contacted UPS and the stated that, "What we meant to say was that there is no guarantee that it would be there by the next day if it is not delivered before 10 am or before 7pm, it will transferred to next day for delivery. PLEASE DONT USE UPS FOR YOUR IMPORTANT PACKAGES, UPS DOESNT CARE ABOUT CONSUMERS OR ITS CUSTOMERS
