Avoid. I pay money for the parcel to be delivered to me next day - they just decide to postpone my delivery - not giving me any reason why. It is second time when my parcel is not delivered on time. This would cause a lot of damage for me, losing money. Do not use them.

When I tried to contact them - it is impossible to have normal conversation. They reply very late and I found their replies quite rude.

The parcel contains food - that very clearly says - this needs to go to fridge and freezer. They accepted that from the grocery shop knowing what type of food is inside. I would not order from the shop anymore unless they send me the parcel by some other company.

The grocery is 1 hour away from where I live and first time it took them 2 days to have the parcel delivered, now- I have not even received that yet.
