Not resolved

I just received a followup call from the facilities dept. in Brockton, MA today 01/02/2014 at 5:52PM. The person on the phone refused to provide her name but she sounded Asian (probably from China), she claimed to be the supervisor but she was very rude, impolite, instead of listening to my issue and help me resolve it, she kept screaming during the whole conversation. When I asked her to transfer me to her manger, she hang up the phone. Tried to call the number back, but it kept ringing busy as she wouldn't pick it up. This by far is the worst customer experience I have encountered in my entire life.

Since there are no managers to talk to about this incident, I'm leaving a this review. Kudos UPS.
