Delivery date delayed by one day. On the new delivery date (today), I noticed the item had been scanned early this morning "to the destination", but it did not say the item was "out for delivery"; a phrase they use to indicate the item is in the truck.

Their tracking info still says the item will be delivered by the end of day, but I learn when speaking to UPS directly that the scan that shows this morning is not a "real physical scan" and that the driver does not have my item, nor will it arrive today. So it has. I.e. Officially been delayed twice.

I paid for expedited shipping. It should have arrived Friday and will not arrive until tomorrow (Tuesday).

All you get is the run-around and excuses. They suck.
