Incompetent staff, not giving appropriate information, they ignore what you say about delivery time.Customer service told me ups was going to call me to let me know about arrangement to deliver my package from Europe on Saturday.

They called me, gave me a phone number to call on Saturday. I tested the #today, someone picked up and hung up on me, I called back, no answer... then I was cold it could not be delivered on Saturday. They charge $6 so I can pick up my package at a ups store...this after spending 2 hours on the phone.

never got to talk to a supervisor. Too busy. What a surprise.

Ups should take an example from FedEx, pickup at FedEx locations free of charge!I will never purchase from a store that uses ups for shipping!
