We had a package sent from Halifax NS on November 15th . It took 15 days for it to arrive in BC , the tracking never updated until it was in BC .

It then sat at a sorting facility for two day tracking updated and said was out of delivery so we waited home for delivery which never happened. We called customer service to be told that package was refused at door and had been sent back to original destination. It took package ten days to arrive back in Halifax. It was then sent back to B.C.

on Dec 1st free of charge by UPS. It the took 10 days to get here and was going to be held at UPS store well we waited for them to do this . They have many stories as to why it has not been delivered one was they are very busy at this time of year , our package is still in a sorting facility and we were told it would be at store by 7pm last night .As of today the package has still not arrived .

Customer service is horrible for this company the rep at call center are very rude and not helpful at all. I will never ship with them again.
