I live in an apartment building and there's an intercom at the front entrance. The driver was too lazy to ring the buzzer so he just left a delivery notice at the front entrance.
I called them and the just said that he will pass by another day.
When I wanted to make a complaint they put me on hold for 45 minutes to supposedly speak with a supervisor. Somebody answered and he asked me where I was calling from so he obviously wasn't a supervisor, when I explained the situation he said that he will transfer me and then just hung up on me.
