UPS argghhhh !!!Where does one even start , they delivered to the wrong address despite it being right on their system next to the tracking number and in the UK you can get the exact address from the postcode anyway .
.so NO EXCUSE , then rude unhelpful couldn't care less that they had given my credit card that was in the package to an UNKNOWN stranger at the wrong address, even the address they said they delivered to the people have no knowledge of a UPS delivery ..and i believ them actually because i could tell the guy was simply lying ....they tried to actually claim that somehow the envelope address was 'mysteriously' changed ...and when i got really irate put me on hold for 20 minutes and then said they had to deal with it tomorrow ,it was 5pm they are supposed to open till 8pm ...a vile disgusting company with no ethics and no customer service or accountability
