I ordered furniture at a store and when it got delivered I was told that he could not bring my shipment inside because he is "just the delivery guy, not the furniture guy". I was also told it was more than 12 feet AWAY! BUT he was more like 5 feet away from the door. He also left trash outside and even put all the boxes where it was blocking an exit door... I called customer service and a representative told me I had to get on the truck and get my own package down. I thought to myself this has to be a joke. I guess this is how UPS TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS. I SHOULD HAVE USED FEDEX.

i live at 2001 burke road in pasadena, texas 77502 and the mail person that deliverry mail here DO NOT PICK UP OUT GOING MAIL WHEN THEY COME TO OUR APARTMENT. THE OUT GOING MAIL DOOR IS SO FULL AND MY LETTERS AND BILLS ALWAYS GETTING THE TO THE DESTINATION VERY LATE EVERY MONTH AND I DO PUT MY MAIL IN THE OUT GOING MAIL IN PLENTY OF TIME , BUT THE MAIL PERSON IS NOT PICKING UP THE OUT GOING MAIL DAILY CAN YOU PLEASE SEE THAT THE OUT GOING MAIL IS BEING PICKED UP.

I have no idea what has happened to UPS. There are usually OK, at least the driver for my area. I wish that they, as well as FedEx and DHL, had more of a time to where they can work with residents/businesses of when they can and will deliver their packages. For packages that need to be signed for can be difficult to obtain - people do work for a living so with the need to have to wait all day long (up til 8pm) can be painstaking. At least FedEx express has an exact time that they deliver their packages to customers. This helps a great deal. I guess I will begin to tell the companies who I purchase from to ship all of my items via FedEx from now on! UPS needs better customer services (reps via phone) and way better communication. When you say that you will call me back in 1 hour, CALL ME BACK IN 1 HOUR!!! When I give instructions to leave the package at the UPS station, LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT THE UPS STATION!! Simple english instructions, people!...even for a 5 year-old to follow.

My name is Dana I put a returned package to t-mobile back in Octoberof this year. T-mobile kept sendingme txt messages to me everyday saying I needto return the device or I will have to pay $900 and some odd dollars. T-mobile did an investigation and could not track the phone, come to find out the UPS driver never scanned the package. So t-mobile added this $900 and some odd dollars to my phone bill. Now I not only have to pay my phone bill but I have to pay for the returned cell phone they claims they never received. I don't know if UPS stole my package or if t-mobile received the package and just telling me they never received it. Cn anyone tell me what can be doneabout the situation because I am clueless.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping from Amazon. The package showed out for delivery last Friday, the day it should have arrived. Late that evening I received an email saying that it had been rescheduled for Monday. On Monday it once again showed out for delivery all day, this time from 6 AM. As of 1045 pm the package has not arrived. The people at UPS have been less than helpful - just mouthing inane comments that have nothing to do with the problem.

The company I work for has had a UPS account on monthly billing for over 20 years. I had to request a copy of an invoice. Upon logging in, by doing this it switched our account to daily billing. I called within 3 days to get it changed back as that was NOT my intent nor was I aware. UPS then switched the account to weekly billing. Upon calling again, I was told that $180 deposit would be required to switch the account back to monthly billing which it has been on for the last 20 years. I am tired of BIG companies trying to dictate what they will do or not do to GAIN or MAINTAIN your business. I will utilizing FedEx going forward
