Ups - I had a package delivered on thursday february 15 he threw package on patio along with a big box that did not even belong to my address it broke a vase and hurt my plant they need to be careful

happened on feb 15 my package threw on patio which is fine it was small but threw a big box for another apt on patio broke my vase and on top of plant dont know how i can make 100 words out of this {{REDACTED}}

I ordered furniture at a store and when it got delivered I was told that he could not bring my shipment inside because he is "just the delivery guy, not the furniture guy". I was also told it was more than 12 feet AWAY! BUT he was more like 5 feet away from the door....

UPS? Should be UPNS - United parcel Non Service

I paid extra for 2 day shipping from Amazon. The package showed out for delivery last Friday, the day it should have arrived. Late that evening I received an email saying that it had been rescheduled for Monday. On Monday it once again showed out for delivery all day, this time from 6 AM. As of 1045 pm the package has not arrived. The people at UPS have been less than helpful - just mouthing inane comments that have nothing to do with the problem.
