Out of the last 3 packages I have had sent via UPS, I have had to go pick up all 3 of them due to UPS error.Most recently, as in today, my package was supposed to be delivered today and then at 12:36 I get a notification that delivery has been delayed due to Operating Conditions.
When I called to find out what operating conditions they were speaking of, I was informed that they simply forgot to put my box on the truck and that now I either have to go pick it up or wait another day. When I asked to speak to a manager I was given the run around and aggravated until I hung up.
USE FED EX!!!!!They don't suck like UPS does
