Ups tried to deliver a package that required signature when I wasn't here. They left a slip saying they would try again the following day between 2-5.
I took off of work the following day and was home at 12 and there was a slip on my door saying they tried to deliver at 10:30 am, only 4 hours off their estimated time. Then I called ups to ask what they could do and they put it on hold for me at the facility. Needless to say when I got to the facility the package was not there and would not be there until 8pm.
They wouldn't accommodate me at all and had the worst customer service. They also don't deliver on Saturdays so for those of is that work apparently we can't have packages delivered which defeats the purpose of purchasing something online.
