I attempted to return a shipment from Zappos so I went to schedule a pickup on UPS.com.The experience that has followed has been truly miserable.
I never used the service once, never registered a payment and had no idea that they were going to try and bill be on a reoccurring basis for months. Next thing I know i get a $285 invoice saying that they will send to a collection agency.
Terrible customer service after calling and emailing several times.I hope this does not affect my credit because there is no way I received any service from them.
Monetary Loss: $300.
