I CALLED THURSDAY 4 TIMES TO GET AN AMOUNT FOR A SHIPMENT FROM cALIFORNIA THAT WAS TOBE DELIVERED TO ME FRIDAY APRIL3RD.aFTER AFOURTH TRY THEY GAVE ME THE AMOUNT FOR COD CERTIFIED CHECK THAT I SAID I WOULD GET THE NEXT MORNING.i HIRED TO PEOPLE TO HELP ME THEN FRIDAY I GET A CALL FROM UPS SAYING THEY WONT DELIVER BECAUSE THEYRE NOT SURE I HAVE A CERTIFIED CHECK.I WAS SO MAD AND CALLED 3 TIMES.MONDAY THE 6TH I WAS OUT AND PUT BACK IN 5 MINUITES IN THE WINDOW AND MISSED THE DRIVER.ITS ALWAYS LIKE THIS AND THE AMOUNTS THEY GIVE ME FOR COD SHIPMENTS ARE

NEVER CORRECT.THEY NEVER RELAY MESSAGES FROM I PERSON TO ANOTHER.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Poor customer service, Delivery, Unethical business practices, Telephone customer service.
