Without going into great detail in all my years of receiving packages from various delivery services, I have NEVER experienced what I did with UPS this month. A package clearly marked FRAGILE was tossed against garage door on pavement.

Damage of a laptop occured and I had to go through a long NOT FUN experience with numerous phone calls to make things happen to pick up the damaged item and receive a new computer. I asked the local center of UPS for some kind of a reimbursement and the manager at the center in Northbrook , Illinois told me he would email me with some info regarding that....that has been over a week and NOTHING has come from him. His name is Zavior(sp?)..and I have called him numerous times with no call coming back...he has disrespected me by not calling...and has wasted even more of my time. What kind of managers does UPS hire?

How difficult is it for him to call after he said he would? I am NOT impressed at all , and, still expect some kind of reimbursement for the hours of time this has taken me all because one of your drivers or helpers was too lazy to walk to the porch.

Preferred solution: I am request a reimbursement for my time..50.00 would be reasonable although not coming close to repaying me for time and stress.
