I dropped off a box at my local UPS facility on 6/4/18 to be delivered to a repair facility in Texas. Tracking said it would get there on 6/8/18.
It did not
I have called, emailed, twitter private messaged them at least a dozen times, each time was apologized to, promised a return call (never got one) was told "it was being investigated" someone would get back to me, and yet the package is still not delivered over a month later.
Each time I talk to customer service, I get the same lies and run around, but no results. I have paid the invoice and at this point am at the end of my rope.
I cannot speak to ANYONE who is competent enough to give me answers or results. Pathetic operation.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Packages do not get delivered according to protocol.
