I have quarterly deliveries that require a signature. Each time, I have to go in and spend an hour fighting with the website to get the delivery left at will call.

I have an account, I have My Choice, but its always a nightmare. Today, I gave up and did an online chat to ask them to please send it to will call before it was returned (2 days of trying to get it re-directed). The chat contact tells me.."Well, I will re-direct this one, but in the future you just need to refer to My Choice on the website and handle it on your own.." Really? If it worked, I would have!

I tell her that I do this a good bit, and I am not a ***, but it wasn't working and there was no option for will call - it just kept taking you around in circles.

I get back "OK". Horrible service, both via technology and a real person!
