I emailed them, asking to cancel the "PIN to letter" request. THEY CAN'T EVEN READ THEIR EMAILS CORRECTLY!!
They assumed I was asking for another verification code. NO, I wasn't!!! I HATE THE FACT THAT IN ORDER CHANGE THE NAME OR ADDRESS REGISTERED ON YOUR PROFILE FOR THE "MyChoice" SECTION, YOU NEED TO SEND A STUPID PIN CODE TO THE ADDRESS TO VERIFY IT'S ACTUALLY YOU MAKING THOSE CHANGES AND NOT SOMEONE ELSE!!!
WHAT IF YOU DECIDE TO MOVE AND WANT TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS?!! YOU HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND CREATE A NEW ONE, WITH THE NEW ADDRESS!!
THAT'S JUST STUPID!!!
And When I asked which address the PIN will be sent to, the one registered or the one I tried changing it to, THEY WON'T EVEN *** ANSWER!!
They ignored my email and asked me to fill in a survey instead!! RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
