Had a Christmas present shipped from the United States to Canada by UPS. Wanted $56- for brokerage, and handling fees.

Agreed on the amount of $17.43 instead, driver did not get the message, and continued to try and collect $56-. I phoned, and requested that the order be sent back to the shipper, driver delivers parcel anyways to secretary.

I phone over 20 times to have this parcel picked up, no communication on their part at all. Finally after 15 days I had to get mad, and demand to speak to management, that call took 45 minutes, and they responded.
