I ordered a package on Amazon (shipped by UPS) on the 11th of February and it was supposed to be delivered on the 15th. It arrived the next city over (less than an hour away).

It didn't show up so the delivery estimate was changed to 16th-20th. Then just the 20th. It still didn't arrive and tracking says it's still in the carrier facility the next city over. So Amazon said to contact UPS because it could be lost.

i received an automated email from UPS on the 21st saying they would investigate. It is now the 28th. When I called customer service, I received no help.

Do not ship through UPS. You'd be better off using a pigeon.
