I took a laptop to the local store and gave them a printed address. The clerk sent it to the wrong house address. NOTE always recheck your shipments. It has been 3 weeks and the store says they are still investigating? FRUSTRATING.............

This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $150. The author is overall dissatisfied with Ups. The most disappointing about ups customer care from Ups was customer service at the store Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
