Had a package laying on the doorstep yesterday. Panicked.
Package thefts are rampant in the Denver area, and it is so bad we assumed UPS would be very aware. Also, UPS generally tries to shield packages by placing them on the deck behind the screen rail. Not yesterday, though. I think UPS drivers, and FedEx Too, should be responsive to the theft problem and when possible, shield the package from observant eyes.
The package yesterday was laying out like an invitation. And no, we are not going to pay 4 extra dollars when your drivers can simply place the package out of eyesight and thus protect it.
